Understand how AKBSTOCK licenses work.
AKBSTOCK offers different licensing options depending on how a design is obtained and how you intend to use it. This guide provides a simple overview and helps direct you to the applicable license terms.
Why licensing matters: Downloading or purchasing a design does not automatically transfer ownership of its copyright. Instead, the applicable AKBSTOCK license defines the rights granted for use of that product. Always review the license associated with your product before using it.
AKBSTOCK License Options
The applicable license depends on the product and the method through which you obtain it.
Commercial License
Generally associated with eligible individually purchased AKBSTOCK products. It grants commercial-use rights according to the applicable Commercial License Agreement while copyright ownership remains with the applicable rights holder.

Applies to eligible designs obtained through an AKBSTOCK subscription. Rights and conditions are governed by the applicable Subscription License Agreement and the user's subscription entitlement.

Applies when an eligible design is obtained under AKBSTOCK's Exclusive License option. Exclusive licensing provides different rights and restrictions from standard licensing and is governed by the Exclusive License Agreement.

Free availability does not mean that a design is free of copyright or restrictions. Eligible free products remain subject to the applicable AKBSTOCK free-product license conditions and other relevant terms.

- I downloaded an eligible design through my subscription Review the Subscription License and your applicable subscription entitlement.

- I downloaded an eligible free product Review the terms and license conditions applicable to AKBSTOCK free products.
Important Licensing Principles
Copyright Is Not Automatically Sold
Purchasing or downloading a product generally grants license rights rather than transferring copyright ownership, except where an applicable written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
Do Not Redistribute Source Files
A license does not automatically permit you to resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the original digital design file to third parties.
Check Before Commercial Use
Before manufacturing, selling, distributing or using a design commercially, confirm that your intended use is permitted under the applicable license.
