The AKBSTOCK Licensing Matrix is a practical licensing reference designed to help Customers compare the principal rights, limits and conditions associated with AKBSTOCK Products. It should be used together with the applicable License Agreement.

416.1 Purpose of the Page

This page compares Free Product / Free Collection access, Commercial License, Subscription License and Exclusive License in one structured reference.

416.2 No Independent Grant

The Matrix itself does not create a license. Rights arise from the applicable License, Product terms, order, Subscription entitlement or other written authorization.

416.3 Agreement Priority

If this Matrix conflicts with an applicable License Agreement, the applicable License Agreement prevails.

420. Priority of Applicable License Agreement

This Licensing Matrix is a summary and comparison document. Where an inconsistency exists between this Matrix and the License Agreement applicable to a Product, purchase, Subscription or exclusive transaction, the applicable License Agreement prevails.

420.1 Specific Over General

Product-specific written conditions and applicable License terms control over a general summary to the extent of an actual inconsistency.

420.2 No Expansion by Summary

A short description or comparison entry must not be interpreted more broadly than the underlying License.

420.3 Mandatory Law

Nothing in this priority rule excludes rights or obligations that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.

421. Available License Types

Available License Types is prohibited unless AKBSTOCK expressly authorizes the specific AI, machine-learning or dataset use in writing, subject to mandatory applicable-law rights.

421.1 Restricted Uses

Products may not be used for model training, machine-learning datasets, generative image training, fine-tuning, embeddings or computer-vision training without authorization.

421.2 No Circumvention

Cropping, recoloring, vectorizing, separating motifs, changing format or creating derivatives does not remove this restriction.

421.3 Third Parties

A Customer must not contribute AKBSTOCK Products to a third-party AI or dataset system for a prohibited training purpose.

422. Free Product / Free Collection

Free Product / Free Collection is governed by AKBSTOCK’s Free Product framework. Free Products are primarily supplied for testing, evaluation, sampling and design assessment and do not automatically include general commercial-production rights.

422.1 Commercial Use Condition

Commercial production is permitted only where AKBSTOCK expressly makes the Free Product eligible under an Active Subscription or another applicable License grants the right.

422.2 Subscription Expiry

Where permission depends on an Active Subscription, the right to commence new commercial production under that permission ends when the Subscription ends unless another applicable License applies.

422.3 Ownership & File Rules

Free access does not transfer copyright and does not permit source-file resale, redistribution, sublicensing or prohibited AI/ML use.

423. Commercial License

Commercial License is governed by the Commercial License framework for eligible one-time commercial use and production.

423.1 Standard Production Limits

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Seamless Textile Products are limited to 100,000 linear meters and Non-Seamless Products to 100,000 finished units.

423.2 Operational Use

Client work and manufacturing through authorized printing or production vendors may be used where permitted and where the digital file remains protected.

423.3 No Exclusivity

A Commercial License is non-exclusive and does not permit resale, redistribution, sublicensing or transfer of the original digital Product.

424. Subscription License

Subscription License is governed by the Subscription License, current plan terms, Product eligibility and the Customer’s Subscription status.

424.1 Included Categories

The source Matrix identifies Seamless Textile Patterns, Kurti Front Panels and Dupatta Layouts as Subscription-eligible unless AKBSTOCK announces otherwise.

424.2 Excluded Categories

Full Kurti Sets, Home Décor Designs, Exclusive Products, Custom Designs and Commissioned Artwork are excluded unless AKBSTOCK expressly changes their eligibility.

424.3 Credit & Rights Principle

Where credits apply, one eligible Product download equals one credit unless stated otherwise; Subscription access does not transfer copyright or permit source-file resale, redistribution, sublicensing or AI/ML training.

425. Exclusive License

Exclusive License is governed by the Exclusive License and the exact Product or colorway scope purchased.

425.1 Prospective Exclusivity

From the Effective Date of Exclusivity, future Commercial licensing and future Subscription availability stop for the purchased exclusive Product or colorway.

425.2 Prior Licenses Survive

Valid Commercial Licenses granted before the Effective Date remain valid under their original terms.

425.3 Ownership

Exclusive commercial rights and unlimited production do not transfer copyright ownership, which remains with AKBSTOCK unless expressly transferred in writing.

448.1 Necessary Access

Access should be limited to the person or business genuinely requiring the Product for the authorized project.

448.2 No Independent Reuse

The recipient must not retain the Product for unrelated jobs, resell it, redistribute it, sublicense it or add it to a reusable asset library.

448.3 Customer Responsibility

The licensee remains responsible for reasonable file-security measures and for authorized third-party handling.

449. Authorized Employees

Authorized Employees is interpreted according to the applicable AKBSTOCK License, Product-specific designation and the principles summarized in this Matrix.
